Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WalkiTalki. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use WalkiTalki on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your password secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

Acceptable use

• Don’t record or transmit anyone without the consent your local law requires.
• Don’t use WalkiTalki to harass, threaten or harm others, or to share unlawful content.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access data that isn’t yours.
• WalkiTalki is not an emergency service. Always use official channels to reach emergency services.

Plans, trials and billing

New workspaces start with a 14-day trial of Pro features at no cost. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Paid plans are billed per person, monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. Seat counts follow the number of members in your workspace and are prorated when they change. Enterprise has a 10-seat minimum.

You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You own the voice messages and other content you send. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it only as needed to run the service for you and your workspace. Content is deleted according to your plan’s retention period.

Availability

We work hard to keep WalkiTalki fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” and depends on networks and devices outside our control. Enterprise customers receive the uptime commitment stated in their order.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, WalkiTalki is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
